Fuel Dumping From Tube on Fuel Tank

It has a solenoid controlled by the ecu. I capped the line that was dumping fuel as a test and took it out on a 20 mile drive. Removed the gas cap to see how much pressure buildup there was and there was hardly any, but I’m also back on a half of a tank so I’ll have to test again with a full tank. Thanks -
Fuel Dumping From Tube on Fuel Tank

Removed the tank a few weeks ago to replace the fuel pump gasket add a Aero Filler and put a few gallons of gas in it to check for leaks and drive it around with no issues. I decided to do a full tank fill the other day and this is when the problem started. The breather hose off of the fuel filler neck goes to the evap canister and there is one male connector that is not connected to anything coming off of the evap. I originally thought that hose should be connected there, but now after having fuel dump out of that breather I’m glad I didn’t connect it. -
Received the keys today and they work flawlessly!

Fuel Dumping From Tube on Fuel Tank

It’s running up front just under the alternator currently open air and yesterday dumped quite a bit of fuel just pushing the car out of the garage. -
So after the first full fill up the Caterham is dumping fuel from a line that runs to open air. The bung is on the top middle of the gas tank. Clearly this should not be happening and I’ve tried siphoning 1.5 gallons out with it still happening. Any advice?

Wipac Series 210 Lense
Smithengineered replied to Smithengineered's topic in Parts For Sale / Wanted
Thanks. That was my fear. I got lucky this time and found two for $70 shipped. Hopefully this does not happen again, because I’m not really a fan of the box style lights. -
Looking for a Wipac series 210 glass lens for my 2005 Roadsport. One of the plastic clips broke and my lens shattered. Any help is appreciated or if you know of a good source. Thanks

Thanks I’ll check them out!

Thanks for the info. I didn’t realize there were so many different variations of a standard bar.

Made a gasket out of some 1/8” Buna-n material. Also started a deep clean using some Honey brand leather cleaner/conditioner. Works great! -

Where can I find some of the screw gaskets that go on the screws for the sender unit? I have the tank out and the screw gaskets are not in the best of shape. Thanks

Great thanks! After doing some research on keys that’s what I was figuring.

Thanks! Key Trader is the company. I’m going to order tonight when I get home and I’d imagine they will be here in about two weeks. I’ll let you know how they work out.

I have found a source in the UK that has both keys in stock and claims they can cut the keys from a good quality photo. Im going to go this route and see what happens. Im in fear of losing my keys as well without a backup.

Im using a iPhone 11. I was kind of thinking the same about a chip being in the key as well. It’s way too skinny of a key I would think. Here is a photo of the immobilizer. Thanks

Anyone have a stateside source for key blanks? Ignition key is chipped and ignition has the ring immobilizer. Is it easy to program the ignition to the key after the chip is programmed? Thanks
