I’ll definitely enjoy it for sure! Andy’s wife was very nice when I met her yesterday and talked to me for a short couple of minutes about Andy and he sounded like a great guy.
Thanks! It came out of Gainesville, GA and was originally built by a guy by the name of Andy Pearson who had passed away. The kit was sold to him from British Auto Specialties down in Fort Worth Texas.
Thanks guys! I’ll definitely make my own gasket. Is it possible to just drain the tank as much as possible, disconnect the wiring/hose going to the sender and slide the sender out a hair while working the gasket around carefully without having to pull the tank?
Just picked up my first Seven yesterday and took it back home to Taylorsville, KY
2005 SV Roadsport with the Ford SVT engine. Needs quite a bit of deep cleaning and a few other things. Does anyone know where I can get the correct color BRG touch up paint and a fuel sender gasket? Thanks
The red one is within my price range, but there are a few things that I’m not fond of. And the black one looks great, but quite a bit out of my range. Thanks though!
I knew that there was no way I could outbid Chuck27 so I had to bow out. He has purchased well over $700k in vehicles in the past year…. I’ll find another one.
I had considered bidding on the yellow one, but with $3700 shipping it took me out of that one. The red one is $1000 shipping so I feel much better with that.
Hello, I recently sold my classic mini and now I’m looking to purchase a Caterham that is Sigma, Zetec, Duratec powered. Towards the Eastern side of the US preferably. I’m in Kentucky.
Hello, I’ve recently sold my classic 1973 Mini Cooper 1300 and am now on the hunt for a Caterham to fill the spot in the garage. Is the Ford Sigma engine a engine used in the US? I read it might possibly be the same as a Ford Fiesta? Just curious as I’d like to be able to buy parts relatively easy at a local parts store if I needed something. Any help is appreciated! Thanks
