Our daughter (9) is making custom helmet visor strips. They are turning out pretty good! She is selling them for $5 for 2 strips with transfer tape. Made out of good quality removable vinyl.
Please send your initials, and desired color, and make/model of your helmet.
She would really appreciate the business!

Certainly. Just let me know which ones to take

If you ever want to come back, there are lots of days where friends will rent the track out and there are about 10 cars total with corner workers present. We run as much as we can from noon till the end of the day. My idea for bringing a dozen or more cars together and collecting points over the year might not work, but still hoping to get some interest

Hello folks,
I am seriously interested in racing on track with other super 7's. There is a good opportunity to do so at a track called "Waterford Hills Road Racing" in South East Michigan.
At Waterford, my super 7 runs 1:15 with me driving. I am not fast at all so the car could probably go a lot faster.
Full race corvettes with slicks also do 1:15. We're faster out at Waterford because the course is twisty and in my opinion, perfectly geared towards our cars.
This track is newly repaved, very relaxed & family oriented, well attended, and just generally very accessible and has a good vibe. I've made some inroads with the management here and the local SCCA folks who are supportive of bringing super 7's into the equation at Waterford. There are 6 race weekends per year here, open track days, drivers training, and social opportunities too.
This is a feeler to see if anyone would possibly travel to Michigan once or 6x per year to compete with other super 7's.
Really hoping! -
Hello Charles, if you do end up ordering a batch, I would pitch in for spares for my wcm.
Alternatively if you need any measurements for your fabrication work I can take some from my car.
I recently had some lower rear control arms made. The person who made them now has a fixture and can build more on demand.

From the factory the car has 225/17's front and 245/17 rears.
I stuck with this staggered setup and am running Enki wheels. 8 inch front 9 inch back
Tires are
225/40ZR-17 CONTINENTAL EXTREMECONTACT FORCE XL
245/40ZR-17 CONTINENTAL EXTREMECONTACT FORCE XL
This is a newer option for the autocross-street style tires. Seems fine to me. My reasons for buying these was that they can take more heat cycles, and since the super 7 will never wear out the treads, heat cycling them out will end them.
On track they are very quiet, no noise when cornering which is a little bit weird. Other cars are really screeching which seems to help figure out the limits of the car. Mine is very quiet, and ive looped it a couple times without much notice from tire noise.
I have nothing to compare these to. But they seem fine to me???

Hello, yes I found a local business on google maps called elevated restyling in Livonia Michigan. They really did a great job all for $1600. They even made some decals for the car, stripes and added some fender protective film which has been holding up great.
Diy wrap might be difficult especially with the nose piece.
Regarding the manual, I've contributed a few of my own mods to it and borrowed several ideas from what is in there too. Biggest improvements by me are the electrical including an AEM display/logger that replaces all the standard gauges. Mirrors with 3d printed brackets, wheels and tires, oil pan, engine mounts, setup and corner balance, lighting, newton fuel tank vent valve to avoid fumes in the garage, steering wheel changed, pedal box was reworked including cables and links, fuel pump, filters and PTFE lines, exhaust all redone, upholstery was also redone including some modifications to the shifter lever and boot to make it nice.

Hello, it seems that there isn't much opportunity to get the car out on track for wheel to wheel competition. They are having fun in England with the caterham academy. What would it take to get a series established for super 7 competition here in the states? I know I'm willing to travel with my wcm.
Here in Michigan it seems that club level W2W is done with spec miatas, or srf Ford's. Not much opportunity to compete with my 7 it seems other than oddball events.
What's the interest level?

It's getting all new wiring and an AEM digital dash. You are right the one it came with had been through a battle. Don't suppose that the supercharger kit is for sale? I might like having something on the shelf, when my driving skill calls for it.

Hi Roman, thanks for the pictures. Could you give a rundown of what you thought was needed for the car? I am going over it and trying to get it race ready. It would be good to reconcile your list of things with what I am planning.
Also - about the supercharger - I am surprised to know that it had one in it's past. The car seems unique that it has a crash structure on the sides. I am curious how it was used or anything you may know about it.
It is presently living in the Detroit area which is not so far away and I hope to be active here on the forums as we get into it. -
I ended up getting the Continental "ExtremeContact Force" for my WCM this year. 225/40/17 front (8 inch wheels) 245/40/17 rear (9 inch wheels). They are supposed to be on par with the Hankook's but a little lower profile and less expensive. Less grippy than the Falkens, but not as sensitive to heat cycling out. These should work for me driving from home to the track, doing some hot laps, then driving home.
@Croc Hankook RS4's may also need to go on the list of options. Tire rack doesn't seem to stock all of the sizes at the moment.

Here is my wcm ultralite s2k just getting finished with it's new color and decals. Super excited about this car, we are planning to race it next year. The color is 3m pine green metallic if anyone is wondering. So far after getting this car over the summer I've changed the fuel lines to Teflon + new pump and filters, relocated all of that. Also the fuel cell needed a new bung welded on for the vent because it apparently was not vented other than some holes that were sealed up with rtv and have also since been welded shut. I added a newton fuel cell pressure blow off valve, between that and the Teflon lines our garage is fume free. Initially the car was emitting a lot of gasoline vapor while parked.
I've changed all the fluids, added some new racetech mirrors, changed the clutch mc, reworked the pedal box a little, fixed a bit of wiring, changed the steering wheel to a smaller one for more legroom, and added a grille to the front. Next it gets a new muffler and completely rewired.
Should be ready to rock after all that next spring/summer. Cars name was Goldie when it was built and I intend to keep the some gold around to maintain that history. Glad to have met some folks who previously drove the car in one lap of America. Just overall very excited about having it.

Try reaching out to the following. Also known as 911R on BAT. They have a car they are working on in their Scottsdale Arizona shop (as of a couple Monday) that is either a WCM or very close to it. It had a Honda S2000 engine in it and had the same double curve dashboard.
Avant Garde CollectionThanks for the lead! I've sent them an email

Hoping someone is willing to part with either a WCM Ultralight or Stalker Classic R.
