  1. Congrats! I'm jealous you were able to drive, we've had snow on the roads for like a month plus straight
  2. Went with the soft bits one - I liked the idea of the easy in/out zippers..I had a hell of a time getting in and out the only time I drove it with the full hood on
  3. Present to myself is on - not too bad once I deciphered what they were saying in the instructions. I really hated getting in and out with the full hood, so I opted for the easy-in zippers for the half hood.
  4. Well in that case, here's the two pictures I sent to catmando in regards to the gauge correction unit.
  5. Mine isn't working 😞 The light comes on immediately when plugging in, regardless of the headlights being on/off, so I'm guessing something is backwards. I'll try and figure it out at some point, but since it's not driving season anymore in Ohio, it's a winter project...
  6. I bought one of those fuel gauge correction units..it didn't work, so this is helpful info so I can troubleshoot it.
  7. Listing is live on ebay, but will still give a lower price to anyone on the board. https://www.ebay.com/itm/116416683983
  8. I bought this cover for my recently completed Caterham SV...but after sending my parents a picture of it tucked away for the year, they informed me that had purchased the "official" cover from Caterham for me. I'm looking to sell the one I bought at a discount, even though it's brand new and only been on the car for a week. No reason to keep two covers, and this is a win win for me to get a little cash back, and someone else to save a few bucks. Their site is showing it listed at £145 - but I only paid £115 (plus 64 shipping). Current conversation to USD says £115 is about $150 - so I'd be happy to take $125 shipped to anywhere in the US/Canada. Like I said, I don't really care to make all my money back, just trying to help out the community and regain a little of my expenses.
  9. Yup. Just used some tin snips to chop off the ends.
  10. Road legal! See my other thread for details on registration in Ohio...
  11. Yep! Temps are on the car, real plates will be here in a week or so.
  12. Vin was assigned (matches the chassis number) and took inspection form and statement of origin, and receipts from dealer to the title bureau - they charged me tax (over $4,000 🫤) and gave me a title - now I'm next door getting plates to be totally legal.
  13. At the inspection currently, items checked Headlights High/low Turn signal Wipers (thanks again @Mark IV) Wiper fluid Brake lights Reverse lights Horn Now he said he needs about 30 minutes to register it.
