  1. Thanks for the input. I will run a vent tube down and out of sight. Al, I had seen your posting on the Raceline water rail and had determined to add one--sure is a nice looking piece. Also, I want to add the anti-squeal kit and probably will do both projects together. Have any of you installed the anti-squeal kit on your Zetecs? Do I recall that there was some issue regarding the waterpump direction being reversed with this kit--is there a problem or concern with this that I should know about? Thanks, Randy
  2. I have a new to me 2004 Caterham SLR with a supersport Zetec engine? There is a 1/2 inch connector running out of the right cam cover which is open but has no hose or breather attached. Shown in the middle of the second picture below. I assume this was a breather tube to the airbox in a standard engine. Should I have some kind of breather on this? Any guidance will be appreciated. 5. Thanks Bruce. Fluke has the headlight buckets, but I might have to think about it a little longer. Looks like something over $1000 for the pair. I have contacted sevenselans about the squeal kit. They also talked to me about a remapping of my Supersport Zetec to help with cold starting and rich running. Thanks again. Randy
  6. I am looking for carbon fiber headlight and turn signal buckets and the new anti=squeal kit for the zetec. I have a 2004 slr Can anyone provide some advice on the best place to buy. Thanks, Randy
  7. thanks, I have sent them all emails. Randy
  8. Hello, I live in Alexandria, VA and I have just bought a 2003 SLR that is registered as such in California. Can any of you share any wisdom on registration in Virginia or Maryland (where I also have a house). I have read thru the registration provisions for both states and it does not look easy. The car that I bought has an aeroscreen, but I think that it would be easy enough to add a windshield and wipers. But what about bumpers and smog testing, dot lights and such. Many thanks for any help or suggestions. Randy
