  2. The BMW box is shorter but wider and is a tigth fit in the transmission tunnel. I guess that the weigth is more or less like the type 9. I will put them on the scale for comparison. Some pictures will come up soon. Regarding the siltech Arbs, they are god quality and I can recomend them. Dennis from Siltech is very helpfull to.
  3. Hi Skip! Cut off 10 cm of the original Saab bellhouse and mate it to the BMW´s bellhouse. This was made by a company over here that makes BMW gearboxes to fit Volvos, Saabs, Audi etc. I have distroyed 2 Type 9(Ford) reinforced boxes. The ZF box from the BMW will cope with around 700 turbo bhp in a heavyer car, so I hope it will do the woork in my Westy with aproximate 350 bhp. The box will go in to the car at any moment.
