  2. Hello, We can get double adjustable but they are very expensive and, quite honestly, difficult to optimize. The single adjusment shocks have a bump/droop valve ratio the works just fine on Sevens. Be carefull of setting the damping too stiff. It is a common mistake. I turn the damping off then bounce the car and increase the damping until I can just perceive damping. Drive the car and check the "feel". If you notice a slight repeat of a rebound or 'wallowing' in a turn increase damping until it goes away. chrs, Dennis
  3. Hello " Seveners", Just want to let you know that I am importing GAZ shocks and springs. I can get bolt in replacement units for Caterham, Lotus 7, Westfield and pretty much anything else that uses lightweight coilovers .( GAZ are OEM on Stalkers and Birkins in the USA ) We started using GAZ shocks exclusively on Stalkers in 2007, and with the exception of one shock which was damaged in shipping, have had ZERO failures. If you are building from scratch, ( Locost, Haynes, McSorley or your own version ), I can help you figure out shock length and a good spring rate. Call to chat about your project any time (EDT) Dennis Brunton http://www.coilovershock.com 941-448-7319
  4. Hello there, Do not worry about 1st gear...2nd through 5th are plenty. The supercharged 3800 has a very broad power band so four gears are more than enough. That car will do 140 plus, 70 mph is 2500 rpm... That is a very nice car!! chrs, Dennis Brunton
  5. Hi Everyone, Mike Pederson, of Denver CO is now the owner of Stalker #00. It has gone to a really good new home. Mike flew to Tampa, loaded the race wheels etc. on the Stalker Tilting Trailer , hitched it to #00 and drove it to Kansas City !! http://www.coilovershock.com/spt.jpg Mike will be doing some track time in the CO area and should have lots of fun with 'ol Fast Fossil David Seybold.... Two red and black Stalkers on the same track.... Thanks to all who enquired, and to USA7's for a great forum.. Chrs, Dennis Brunton

This is a really sweet and fast car, completely up to date and ready to thrill you, regardless of your chosen entertainment ( Road Cruising, AutoX or Track ). This is a complete package, including car, Road and Track wheels, Fire Suit and lightweight trailer. http://www.coilovershock.com/stalker/stalkerv6.htm Regards, Dennis Brunton

  11. In terms of lap times, I think that it was good for 4 or 5 seconds on most tracks, but it felt like more. Kinda like playing football in cleats versus tennis shoes! Hey Berk, In my experience, an improvement that feels like 4 or 5 seconds, usually times out at .4 or .5 :-{) chrs, Dennis
  12. Hi Jeff, My car is NASA TTU tested and legal..269 bhp ( on Dyno ) and 1801 lbs (wet, with driver) cheers, Dennis
  13. Greetings 'Seveners'... R&G is really becoming a great meeting place fr Sevens. We, ( Stalker's) really enjoyed meeting you all. You can take a couple of laps here..a bit blurry, but you can get the general idea.... http://www.bruntonauto.com/RG2.wmv Cheers, Dennis
