fastg
I am moving from IL to MD. I will use a normal moving company for the household stuff. But I am looking at Pod's for some garage equipment. I was going to get a storage unit in IL and stash the stuff there. But then I would have to drive back and get a trailer and move the equipment to MD. I am not sure the new house will have a big enough garage, I might have to build one. So I was thinking of a Pod, load the stuff up, they can sore it and when I am ready get it delivered. Does anyone have experiences or have a better idea? Thanks Graham
Off Road SHO
I moved a small shop with shelves full of stuff, a lathe, drill press and work benches in a Connex box (AKA Cargo Container). I put plywood against the shelving units and then braced and cross braced exerything with 2x4's. Worked well. Tom
