Help ID exhaust tip?

Long shot but here it goes. 

 

Does anybody happen to know the manufacturer for this exhaust tip that I have? My Google-fu was unable to get a result 

 

Might even be a one off but certainly has a quality of a manufactured part

Just so happens I had somebody with manufacturing knowledge at the house today. He is fairly certain it's hand made by the relief cuts/fold over and other cues.

 

I'm going to order a piece of stainless transition pipe and likely replicate it.
