whos going to Run N Gun

Run N Gun is coming up in about 3 weeks in St Louis. I havent heard very much from board members that are planning on coming to this fun filled event. You will get a ton of track time, for every skill level. They will have a rookie class all the way to the pro class for the road coarse. Everyone can AutoX, and I think everyone here can make a few passes down the drag strip. It is alot of fun so would encourage everyone to come. They are having a good tech session on Wen. done my Morris Clements and then you will have all afternoon to tune and corner weight your cars and test your adjustments on the track. By this time next year, my car *should* be in good enough shape to do this event.

What is policy on allowing spectators at the event? I live in the area and would like to check it out if possible. I am having a little knee surgery so don't know if I can drive my Caterham but if able to get in to the track I will be there. Where are you staying? Maybe a small 7 get together after the track time is done ?

Spectators are encouraged to come. Entry is about 10$. You have access to the pits and can talk to and see all the cars you like. We usually have a nice get together at Jerry Eddens house for food/drinks/war stories/ and of course a few people talking about 7s. I am staying at a Holiday INN about 5 miles from the track.

I plan on the afternoon of the 11th and the day of the 12th. I need to depart early AM on the 13th. It will not be in the Birkin though, this is just quick stop for me on the way west.
