pgvoorhees
Interested in purchasing either a complete assembly aeroscreen stanchion with Brookland screens or just the stanchion, prefer over wipers, to fit a 63 Lotus S2 Super 7.

pgvoorhees
Thanks for the info, but what I'm actually looking for is something like this: Aeroscreen Stanchion - Full Width (caterhamparts.co.uk)
D_Mac
Now I understand. I seem to recall a Seven user Papak did a good job fabricating one.
pgvoorhees
Caterham offers a full width Brooklands Aeroscreen stanchion for an S3. They tell me it would not be a good fit on my S2 Lotus 7. I thought the S3 and S2 chassis were the same, except for some added reinforcement in the S3. Does anybody have experience with the interchangeability of windshields or scuttles between the S2 & S3? D_Mac
You might try kineticvehicles.com. The original owner Jack McCormick recently sold the business but I am pretty sure they are still in business and were very helpful in the past.
Rodnok
You might check with Chris at Sevens & Elans. He was able to come up with one for my S2 restoration.
Jesse D
Chris found one for me a few years ago as well.
