Missing car

Now here’s a long shot! In 1975 I bought a Series IV Lotus 7 from Casimer V. Krill.

The VIN was LBS4281OC

Engine # SS23569.

Dave Bean Engineering revamped the twin cam, several performance upgrades were made and in my youth…I sold the car that was then owned by several different lucky folks in middle Minnesota.

The Lotus was blue at the time, black interior etc.

I’m interested in finding this car again but have had no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Since you know the VIN, for a nominal $$ some states will run a title history for you.  I've done it a few times.  You may find the owner, if it has been recently registered.  You could try Minn. and Iowa.

Thanks…I have tried all the normal channels with no success…I continue to hope that it is in someone’s garage…one of our members will have a connection…hopefully! Thanks!
