420R Mystery Oil Seepage

I thought my drain plug still leaks but I noticed oil seepage from the sump tank filler cap. Anyone has seen similar situations?

How much seepage? Just some mist around the cap and spray onto front of engine? It always does that no matter how much I wipe the threads and undersurface of cap. Once I wipe off the spray, it doesn't come back until I undo/replace the cap again.

Not much but I can see drips of oil once I wipe with a paper towel. I have also noticed some oil behind the tank ( I think the oil drips from the drain plug may be traced back here). 

 

The oil level inside the tank seems to be quite far from the top. I am wondering how oil gets out of the cap.

Is it enough to drip on the floor? Or just on the top/back of the oil tank? With my car, it's just some oil on the rim of the tank opening and underside of cap/threads that gets blown out with airflow once underway. It doesn't keep leaking once it's been distributed.

I noticed a drip or two on the floor and the drain plug area was wet after recent long drives.
