last run of the season

Sunday it was 45 degrees and I ran 50 miles of rural Pa road. The Yoko 48s didn't slip in the cold, happy about that. It was only cold if I got side blasted from the wind, which happened a couple of times. My fingers got cold quick and I put on mittens for most of the ride. A scarf was invented for seveners, I have been using one all during the fall and it has made my world more enjoyable while driving.

I love fall the most, especially when its leaving, ya know; raining, snowing and leaving. This was the strangest fall, the trees were all out of time. There were many green trees, many yellow and red, and many empty bare ones as well, but they would be among each other. I seen a 4 point buck in the middle of the day standing on the hill 20 feet from the road watching me drive by, I guess like most people he never seen a Seven before. The same goes for the Llama 2 miles down the road from me, didn't know that farm was there.

My winter to-do list is short and the only manditory change is a diff pin that has to be changed for next year. Dad's locost 7 is driveable and the hood is made, so much for being a 2 year project. When finished it might not be called a seven, first hard-top with gull-wing doors, automatic and radio standard.

I was doing some camera testing, hope you like the pics.
