Ha! Reminds me of the annoying sounds that youth can hear .. but adults cannot! It was made into a ringtone that only they could hear ..

We attached the annoy-a-tron to the back of one of our coworkers computers. The device makes an annoying beep every so often. Everybody but him knew about it. When he'd ask "What's that sound?", they'd deny hearing anything.

 

Eventually he concluded that his hard drive was failing, and called the help desk to request a new disk drive.

 

We stopped the the maddness just before they started backing up his drive. :lol:

I was looking this up for a friend today ... Silent Ringtone

 

Play the MP3 in the presence of teens/ preteens .. they can hear it but adults cannot .. then play / pause in rapid secession .. drives them nuts! :lol:

It's selectable for several different sounds. So, We selected the one that sounds like a old CRT computer screen dying a slow painful death, then we hid it behind the manager's huge flat panel monitor. We made sure that the support desk was in on the joke. Every time he complained, they brought him a worse and worse monitor until we finally felt so bad for him working on an antique tiny little monitor that we let him in on the joke and gave him his big flat panel back.

 

Very fun, and we look forward to his revenge....someday.

That is great. At first I figured it was just a spoof but when my dog started barking and gralling I realized that I just could not hear it.

Great find....and a way to drive the kids and neighbors dog nuts including my dog.
