EburgE Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 Does anyone know a part number of an alternator that fits the Zetec 2.0 LTR? The Bosch alternator I bought conflicts with the throttle cable linkage. I need to find an alternator that is about 0.75" smaller in diameter. The alternator would use the standard bracket, on the intake side. Thanks in advance...
Al N. Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 I think I have my original one (I switched to Birkinsport one) as supplied on my dealer-built car, free if you can pick up shipping Harold. Send me a PM with UPS, Fedex account #, or other shipping scenario. Oh, and BTW, you might want to consider installing some Hella Supertones to replace or augment your horns while the car is still not 100% together. Enjoying your build blog, btw.
