soareyes
Nice save at the end of the first video! http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/hurray.gif Someday I'll try autox. I noticed your locost is rhd but your location is Kentucky. Do you prefer rhd over lhd?
slngsht
Sweeet! Nice first post. Tell us some about your car. What are you using for your dash setup? And as Soareyes said, nice save!
Al N.
Speaking of in-cars...my i/o port racing camera mount arrived this week. Not wanting to have the on-camera mike get all windnoised up, I intend on installing a corded remote mike. Does anyone have suggestions for placement, prep (foam sock?) and/or brands/styles of mikes that are best for open cars like ours? I've already written to the Jackals Forge (I consider him the dean of Se7en videologists) but want as many opinions as possible. -A
youngfg
Thanks. Rhd is because of motor placement. My car bike engined. I am running a Honda CBR1000 motor. I have a AIM MXL Pista dash. The car weighs 930 lbs. Pics of the car. >Pictures I built it especially for autocrossing in the DM class, but the SCCA changed the rules and banned bike engines in DM, so now I run in AM. I am thinking of finding my car a happy home with someone else and building another legal car with a improved suspsension from what I have learned with this car. Al N.
Any recco on what kind of mike to buy? I was thinking one of those flat mikes, but it might then only transmit the vibrations of my aluminum!
