BusaLoco Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 We've all seen this before. But this is how it's done! ... Note the hand braking.
locost7018 Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 Also note the grinding. Ouch!!!!! That is wild. I don't exactly understand the moving back, centre, and forward position of the hand brake lever? Russ
BusaLoco Posted April 26, 2008 Author Posted April 26, 2008 This guy seems to have the handbrake thing totally figured out.
MHKflyer52 Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 Also note the grinding. Ouch!!!!! That is wild. I don't exactly understand the moving back, centre, and forward position of the hand brake lever? Russ Most likely the hand brake is mounted to a secondary set of master cylinders to control the brakes. Back for the rear wheels, Center is nutral, Forward is the front wheels. Just my guess with that setup from looking at the bottom of the lever.
locost7018 Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 So that's how it is done. I would think insurance reg's in the USA would never allow some of the things these guy's are doing. With the car sitting on the track, the closeness of the track workers and spectators, and the other obsticles in the way. Looks cool. Memorizing how and where to go would be too much for this old man though
BusaLoco Posted April 27, 2008 Author Posted April 27, 2008 You mean kinda like this ... ? YouTube Video ... Needless to say ... Oops!
