As I once told a very well developed young lady on inline skates: I couldn't grow skin fast enough to try that! She was much like one I passed on a very rough trail ust outside Colorado Springs on an MTN Bike, not a mark on her. I was in a fast walk & just didn't want to fall. In either case, I would have had people sending flowers to the E.M.

heh, no. but it IS like riding a bicycle... i never could do any tricks on skateboards, but my basic skills are still there

I have a Landyachtz DH Race longboard. The guy who designed it is a good friend of mine.

 

I had just upgraded to some really soft Krypto wheels, three weeks before my wedding. I went to carve a turn in my neighbourhood. The board turned, I didn't.

 

As I lay there in the middle of the road with a lot of skin missing, hoping nobody saw me do that, I figured the tux would cover most of the damage. I hung it up on the wall in the garage, and haven't messed with it since.
