powderbrake Posted September 17, 2008 Share Posted September 17, 2008 Sevens Party during Run N Gun I am again hosting a party on Thursday night, Oct 9, 2008 for all Run N Gun sevens drivers and their pit crew, seven spectators, and those local sevens guys who can’t make it to Run N Gun. The party will run from around 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm, as there is a drivers meeting at 8:00am the next day. There will be sandwiches and side dishes, snacks, beer, wine and soda, so you don’t have to have dinner before you arrive. Dress is casual, and if you want to come in your track outfit, that’s fine. This is an opportunity to meet and talk to sevens guys, and for the drivers to compare lines, compare setups, and in general, tell lies about why they aren’t in first place. We have had a good time in prior years, with owners of differing marques getting a chance to meet one another. I will need to plan for the amount of food and drinks to lay in, so if you are coming, I ask you to reply to me in an email, stating your name, type of seven, and number of people in your group. I will reply with an email with a map to my location. I do need to get a head count, in order to lay in the appropriate food and beverages. So if anyone who is planning on coming, please let me know ASAP.
