So anyone know who's 7 this is

A friend of mine spotted this 7 on a trailer in a parking lot at Ventura Harbor in Ventura, CA. and asked me if I knew whom it belongs too. I had to tell him I didn't but have seen a photo of the backend of this car some were but were I could not say....so dose anyone know who owns this car. It has California plates on it from what I can see.

Here is the photo my friend took. I will see if he has any others of it and add them to this post at a later time if he dose.

Yes this is Dion's self built Seven. I also know he has a yacht in Ventura. Furthermore the big fire here was approaching Acton where he lives and he may have bailed out (or maybe was forced to).
