WestTexasS2K
Phil Anderson is organizing this year. This is the info I have. This years tour is starting to take shape. So far we have 8 confirmed participants and 3 hopefuls. We are still working on event details, but first and foremost are accommodations. We started late, Fredericksburg is a popular destination, and October is one of the prime months, so many places are already fully booked for the 23rd and 24th. I was however able to block out 10 rooms at the Sunday House Inn in Fredericksburg (http://www.sundayhouseinn.com). It is a older establishment but is well situated with plenty of places to park trailers. I have blocked 5 king and 5 double queen rooms for $97.95 per night. They still have some of their larger rooms, and suites available if you prefer. If you want to stay at the Sunday House, It is important that you book your room as soon as possible. When reserving please tell them you are part of the "7's group". More information on this years tour will be available in the next week or so.
