Bulbdial Clock ...

Here's a video of a clock that I got for Christmas .. Called the Bulbdial Clock .. LED lights cast color and shadows on a central point to show the time. It comes as a kit and took me about two hours to assemble .. over two nights. The result is a stunning color show .. and quite a hit at the office and home.

that's the LED light source .. which is projecting the red light beam to cast the red shadow at 1 o'clock.

Duh, I should have figured that out myself, after all clocks do have 3 hands when you count the second hand.

 

I googled it and saw the consruction. Very cool.
