Holley 5200

Does anyone know if there is a 2 barrel carb that is smaller than a 5200 (which is 32/36) and fits the same bolt pattern (or is adaptable)? I have tried to rejet mine and can't get it to run right with smaller jets. It runs good now but it is way too rich. The motor is a xflow 1300cc not a 1600cc. Russ

Is it your main or idle jet that's running to rich?

 

The 1300's were fitted originally with a weber 32 DFE. I don't see why a proplerly tuned 5200 shouldn't do the job.

 

Take it to someone who tunes webers/holleys. They can try different venturis so it won't just be guess work.
