Thanks guys. We took her out for our second run yesterday and got another 120 miles under our belts. Started the day with brilliant sunshine which became huge crosswinds, and finished off with rain.We still had Perma Grin..:jester: Man is this car a crowd puller, everyone from Grannies to Bikers want to check her out. The 7 bug bitten us both so hard, Linda wants to plan our first cross border run. Amazed at just how comfy the car is, could have gone on for a heck of a lot longer. 120 miles didn't seem that much at all. This is going to be an amazing summer...

The search for my car is heating up too. My importer is making a bid on a 1994 tonight (tomorrow morning in Japan). Auction Gr 4.5, 10,000kms, aside from wheels the car looks perfect.

Can't wait to join you in trying to wipe that silly grin off :D

Hi Oyagi what web sites are you using to find the Birkins in Japan as i wouldnt mind looking for one to import into NZ.

I would suggest Adam at Feast Auto Exports, based in Yokohama. Adam is a Canadian ex-pat who hits the auctions regularly. He works with Miguel at Newera as well.
