Dude, that's a beautiful car, leave it alone and enjoy it if it is running good (well it needs a sexier roll bar ) If you need something to tinker with, buy yourself an engine to rebuild, or take the car apart and put it back together again, or even better yet, use it a lot and it will give you a reason to tinker all on its own :smilielol5:

Where are these rules? I've looked through every manual that I can find and they are nowhere to be found.

 

Last thread I mentioned overhauling the car and that every part of the engine has been replaced except for the block and I was told that this is as it should be. Now it's carburetors.

 

Is this considered hazing?

No this isn't hazing. This is just some guys who are giving their opinion, and it doesn't necessarily coincide with what you have in mind for your own car.

Not everyone reads every portion of every thread, and doesn't realize that you have already firmly resolved to make some changes to YOUR car, so let it roll off your back and remember that everone has an opinion, and that you asked for advice. Of course with any advice , you can take it or leave it.

 

No matter what you decide to do, you will still have a great fun car.
