lancylad Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Decided to enter the local Show and shine, last minute decision. Was actually a lot of fun, about 1500 cars showed up.
Automoda Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Those are some interesting vehicles! I really like the airbrush work of the Hawiian girl and the wave. It is a brilliant idea and far better than the usual dragon or skulls. I'm not sure what to think of the truck-buggy. It seems like it has some awkward weight distributions and visibility issues with a giant radiator on the nose. Still, I've always wondered why I dont see more tube frame cars like that. The black roadster is certainly evil looking. Its the eyes. And whats with the seats? Metal? Or is it that chrome fabric that Alsacorp sells? Rat rod. I love rat rods. I'd love to build one someday.
lancylad Posted September 29, 2010 Author Posted September 29, 2010 Seats were metal, I think this guy was pushing 400 HP or so. Imagine that coming into your rear view mirror..
KiwiBirkin Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 Great pictures Lancylad. So how did you di in the comp and was there much interest in your car
lancylad Posted October 3, 2010 Author Posted October 3, 2010 Hi Kiwi. Huge interest in the car, never ending stream of questions.
