Hi All,

Yes, that was/is my listing. I put my car up for sale because I haven't been activity driving it since I purchased an English motorcycle not long ago. The Brits make some nice toys.

I've attached a couple pictures, the car is a blast to drive and I hate to sell it but know someone will find joy in owning and driving it.

Regards,

This car was extremely well bought. I missed it by a narrow margin. The only free weekend I had was filled with a last minute funeral. In case the new biuyer wants to know this is the parts list and pricing to convert to a full windscreen with wipers and squirter optional (but required by CPH with the windshield from what I could tell). These are from CaterhamUSA. Scott, if the deal falls through for any reason send me a note please. Sorry about the formatting.

Understood. From what I could surmise if you have the windshield you must then have adequate wipers. I would love the aero screens but hate to have to get and carry helmets every time I took someone for a ride. I have had my windshield cracked right in front of my face twice. Our roads suck around here.

If your running aero screens replace the plastic (or glass if it's not safety laminate) with a fairly thick (1/8"is easy to find and OK, but 3/16 worth looking for but harder to shape) piece of polycarbonate. It can be purchased with a "scratch resistant"(not proof)finish. Polycarbonate is used for bulet proof windows and in aircraft, it's a totally different material than plexiglass.

I have had a marble sized piece of rock hit my areoscreen while at 70MPH with the rock doing less than half that and all I got was scratch on the screen and two missed heartbeats. The "whack" when it hit sounded so solid I know it would have taken a piece out of my old plexiglass screen.

Passengers are overrated

I could not live with a wind deflector for street use.

Does anyone on here use that config for everyday ?

I don't use the car every day, but I just went to an Aeroscreen and it is pretty awesome. I just did a 140 mile drive with it last weekend, did half the trip with a helmet on and the other half without and it is much more exciting and far less windy

To be honest, I somewhat doubt that the windshield would stop any truly dangerous debris anyway, and I actually feel safer with the helmet on
