trough doctor
I would like to extend an invitation to all to attend a track day at Mosport International Raceway located in Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada. The event will take place on Monday June 13th at Mosports Driver Development Track. Entry should be around $100 depending on # of cars that show up. As I will be putting up my own money to secure this date will most likely require payment up front. Is this accepted procedure? I have never organized a trackday or even been to one, so not sure how this works. I live about 25 mins from the track on a half acre lot, so there is lots of room to pitch a tent and park your car if desired. Still waiting to hear back from mosport concerning some more particulars about the event. I will keep everyone posted as more details become available. I have also posted this in the Canada section. This is where additional info will be located and those wishing to attend should reply. I just posted here to make sure that everyone on usa7s was aware of the trackday, especially those of you south of the border.

twobone
keep in mind it is the smaller drivers development track. In my mind that makes it actually better. The big track at Mosport is very high speed, has poor surface quality in some areas and has some very scary concrete barriers. the drivers development track has tighter turns and is perfectly attuned to a classic seven chassis and drivetrain

Go ask LimeRock how much it cost just to walk at the surface of their asphalt.
