Well this is interesting 260+ MPH in a car that is street legal and you can buy if you have enough money, 1.6 Million Pounds or $2586400.00 US Dollars. The tires alone cost over $32000 US Dollars, more than I could afford for sure.

The Top Gear guys loved this car. So much so that they devoted an episode to it in which it challenged a (really slow) airplane to a long distance race. Just to even it up, the airplane guys also had to ride motor-scooters to the airport and then do a full and time-consuming pre-flight check. Meanwhile the car is motoring along. But since it was on public highways, it mostly went the speed limit. So what was the point you ask? Me too:)!
