Replacement pressure plate and disc

I did a search for the clutch but did not see any clear information on this so here goes;

I have a 2000 Caterham 7 with a Ford Focus engine and T-9 gearbox, I need a new clutch but can't find any info on what make, model and year car our pressure plate and disc come from. Oh, I have a Fidenza flywheel, anyone know what to order?

I think it is just a stock clutch from a 2000 Focus/Zetec. Cheap.

Stock clutch works well unless you have or plan on throwing globs of HP thru it. Like Mike said, Cheap. I used a Center Force.
