scannon
Tom, Good to see your Seven is finally fixed and back on the road after that accident on the drive to Alaska.
Alaskossie
Skip, It is not entirely fixed. The cowl dent still remains, but the new bonnet latches properly. I have the replacement cowl painted, and will install it as soon as the weather turns bad in the fall. I want to drive the Seven this summer. My car took first place in the "exotic" category in this months' British Car Club Alaska concours, even with the cowl dent (which I had to explain to bystanders numerous times). bsimon -- I learned my "middle-finger lesson" in your rhd Seven in 2005; haven't made that mistake since......... jlumba81
7 is up and running. Put 110 miles after install and no issues. Pulled a sparkplug and looks like its burning correctly. Thanks for Sean for pointing me towards the Deatsch Werks DW200 fuel pump it works great. It took me longer the modify the fuel pump housing than the whole pump removal and install. Probably would have taken 15 mins with a lathe/drill press with the proper sized bits but I only had a dremel, coarse file and sandpaper. All in all I think I spent 5 hrs modifying the pump housing and 3 hrs R&R the pump.
