ihckb2 obviously you have not spent much time around Stalkers, I trailered my Stalker for the following reasons:

1) I work out of town and am only back every other weekend so it was easy for me to have everything prepped and ready to.

2) I only had four days off work so was time limited, trailering was easier than driving that distance (1125kms/700 miles) in the time I had

3) SWAMBO does not like to drive the Trans Canada (700 mile of it in a seven) all in one day.

4) SWAMBO would not have enough room for the kitchen sink in the Stalker.

5) In 35 deg C weather (95F) driving 10 hours to Vancouver I would have had to wear long sleeved shirt and long pants to stop ending up like Kentucky Duck. It was a way easier drive with AC or opening the windows at will.

Just to name a few.

Oh! By the way I see you drove your seven the 352kms/219 Miles to join us - NOT!!!! ;)

I am just trying to sort through some of the video today and see if I can get something to send out.

That was a great weekend lots of weather changes (all four seasons) in less than 24 hrs. Awesome scenery, some wildlife (I almost had a black bear for a passenger), and a great pub night! Another great drive.

Thanks to all

Looked like a great day. I hope to be able to join the next blat as a passenger if nothing else. Am I hearing talks of a blat in a couple weeks?

Timing, timing, timing.

I went to have a chat with the engine guys today actually. There are no timing marks on this motor (?), and as such some need to be made. I'm hoping to have it out of the shop next week, but then I have a few electrical issues to sort before sending it off for Inspection. I'm having serious doubts about enjoying my first drive in her this year. :nopity:
