Take the car to them and show them where they missed the alignment. There are different length Dzus fasteners, maybe a shorter one would solve the looseness problems. I use small O-rings on the fasteners to keep from losing them when the bonnet and nose cone are off the car. One of them on the outside of the nose cone may also help. Taber10 Posted December 30, 2013 Share Posted December 30, 2013 (edited) I think as a non-member of the (UK) Lotus Club, but maybe as a near-computer-illiterate, I was unable to access the "LowFlying" article about GBB on their website. Now that Terry has added it to his site, under the GBB Downloads, I have been able to read it, and I want to thank everyone--Angus, Ed&Julie, Andrew, Mark, Mark&Sharon, Robert, Phil, Skip, etc--who were kind enough to adequately cover the trip for Joan and I. We were busy after our return and didn't take time to write about our experiences--maybe I was still in some "denial" at that point. Reading that article really makes one look forward to PBB in 2015!
