number six
I am having trouble registering my 7 in NC even though it has previously been registered in Texas and Colorado. The inspector wants to find the serial number on the chassis. I have a Mark Seven Super Seven from Super Seven Sportcars in Ontario. Does anyone know where to look to find the chassis number? I have all the paperwork where the kit was first bought as well as a matching title but if I can"t find the number on the chassis I will have to get a state issued Vin number. Thanks for any help
Paul Hill
Where would you like to find it? Princess Auto sells a set of stamps for less than $10.00.... May not suit your sensibilities but as long as you are using the number from your paperwork where is the foul? Obviously this would be a last resort option, preference being to find the original number. But what if it was never stamped? And as previouly mentioned, as long as you use the correct number, who would care if it showed up somewhere else on the frame?
Paul Hill
Oops... The Ontario reference had me thinking yu were Canadian. I am sure Harbor Freight has similar punch sets.
7 plus 2
Your car is a Fejer built car from the 1980s, I'll bet. See posting on this page "Of possible interest to Fejer owners" or go to the Canadian section and see where this one sends you. There where a number of replies from current Fejer owners who I'm sure will help you out.
