Help with Maintenance

Guys: As usual you are all my trusty resource for help. Working at a startup now means that I will little time to spend on maintenance and regular service. I wonder if anyone in the bayarea has had experience with local mechanics in servicing a caterham. I have a R300 that I need help with.
