245 ft.lbs is decent on the hartly

190 ft.lbs on the RST - well, at least it has enough torque for my lug nuts :D -- Where are the "Bike Engines" in those pics?

(flame suite on)

Going out of the Bike section as fast as my clunky car engine will take me :seeya:

I am finding that 80 ft-lbs is plenty enough to keep the car moving...where is the flame thrower emoticon to use on Mr. flame suit wearer? :jester:

Nice engines to drool over but likely a fairly expensive way to get hp, but I guess not too many options if you want light ponies, partictularly normally asperated ones.

Should include the prices on those babies.

You can never have too much hosepower.......................you can however have too little traction.

Only $30K for the engine? I'll take the pair, Please equip them with the quick detach coupling so I can swap them in and out to compare them.

I seen the Hartly at Carlisle its beautiful but I agree with Birkin42 on this one. One thing to consider, what happens when it needs rebuilt or is this a one time use engine? I guess I'm frugal, the R1 was 180 hp for $1800 maybe when it wears out I'll upgrade.

Hey Jeff, how much hp can our motors make before jumping up to a turbo? 220 hp with cams and headwork, I was curious.
