  1. Hi Folks, Now that I finally placed my order for my Stalker (or is it Storker now?), I figure it's time to say "Hello!" As the title states, I'm in Dallas, TX - a native Texan, actually, but I'd say I'm in the minority of most Texans/Dallasites. I've never owned a pickup; I love ice hockey and loathe football. My username, Toedrag, is the name of a rather sinister maneuver with a hockey puck. I'm married w/2 boys under 5 yrs, and both wifey & I are in our mid 30's. How did I end up here? Well, my Elise from a couple years ago was too practical, and then after trying a combined DD + HPDE sedan, I'm going back to the 2-car system. Versus other track car options, going with a se7en variant was an easy choice for me. It was a little hard to choose which se7en flavor to go with, but in the end, I love what Dennis Brunton started with and love how the Mineharts have advanced the platform further. That, and, when selling wifey on the idea of a se7en, she remarked that she'd miss the sound of my prior car's LS3; to which I replied, "Oh, that's no problem, we can put the same LS3 in a se7en."...her eyes got real big. My order is for a Stalker XL Level 3 kit, T-bar cage, trailer hitch receiver, classic body without a hood scoop, hardtop, and I'll be dropping in a new LS3 w/T-56 Magnum close ratio w/the 3.73 LSD. I'm all giddy just writing that down:willy_nilly: Oh, and don't worry, there will be plenty of pics, videos, etc about my build. Man, it'll take a while for late May to get here. My intended use of the Stalker is street & road course with Motorsports Ranch in Cresson as my home track (xcarguy, I'll hopefully be out there with you next spring. I almost PM'd you to meet up last Sat at MSR, but I had a too much other stuff going on.) I've already been researching your forum here for quite some time; my list of notes is several pages long already. I tend to be detail oriented about this stuff. Looking forward to getting to know everyone, and thx for having such a good forum already.
