Thanks TrePedali. The 480/485's are extremely rare in the USA, These are full race spec engines for the road,,the true R500 successors, but pussycats at lower revs thanks to modern electronics.

Unfortunately not. The car was built in California, but I believe it was first registered in South Carolina by its first owner. It may be worth giving Superformance a call as they built it (their number is on the bottom of the build sheet)

Honestly, based on the current process, the consumer will never be hit with a 25% increase. The Tariff is based on the cost of parts coming into the country, not including shipping. The retailers will have already put on a considerable mark up on the price cost price + shipping, so the impact to consumers is around 10% from what I am seeing.
