  1. Moving my shop this weekend if any local Pacific NW buyer wants to make a deal THIS WEEKEND - $15,500 buys it.
  2. 1991 Birkin S3 Seven Sprint equipped with a 1700cc crossflow Kent (Ford Cortina) motor with twin Weber DCOE carburetors. Easy shifting 4-speed transmission and live rear axle. Recent work includes new Formula Ford / MSD ignition / coil / wires / valve adjust and fresh fluids. Exterior has a simple classic look - cycle fenders and Brooklands screens. Raw aluminum body panels and a disarming throwback design that brings out a friendly smile from old and young alike. No weather equipment but heater to extend the driving season. I am an importer and WA state dealer. I can title as 1991 Birkin or for California buyers can do so as 'special construction to make it easier to title in California. More info call Adam at 206.419.9295 - or http://sodo-moto.com/listings/1991-birkin-seven/ http://www.usa7s.net/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=15873&stc=1 http://www.usa7s.net/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=15874&stc=1 http://www.usa7s.net/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=15875&stc=1
  3. Dan - I agree. I planed to use better tubing and good advice on the jig. Thank you.
  4. Graham and Randall - thanks for the advice. Have recommendations for a couple local shops - Wicked Fabrication and Godspeed Fab - but thought if this is a pattern part that someone has the jigs for, nation-wide purchase would be easy. Kinetic looks like a neat product and will reach out to Jack in the morning. If anyone else has a suggestion or if an Admin can move this a better forum category, please do so. Thanks again. Adam
  5. Have a 1984 George Fejer Super Seven and am going to replace all upper and lower control arms. Had the left/front lower fail where a weld for the swaybar bracket appears to have burnt through. Anyone able to to offer suggestion for ready-built arms or fabrication? Approximate dimmensions as follows UPPER width:7.5” x length:8” LOWER width:9” x length:12” http://www.usa7s.net/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=15155&stc=1 http://www.usa7s.net/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=15156&stc=1 http://www.usa7s.net/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=15157&stc=1
  6. Appreciate the pointer. Spoke with Ken at Dave Bean Engineering and he has the semi-spherical ball I need as well as a suitable shift-boot. One more thing I’m after - more secure latches for the rear of the bonnet. Any pointers are appreciated. http://www.usa7s.net/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=14949&stc=1
  7. Fun weekend with the Caterham CS3 out for a nice Sunday drive. Love the 1600 Kent and the Brooklands screens provide better protection than expected. I do have an issue with worn shifter bushings. I've disassembled and the forward bushing are shot. I've searched the forum here as well as online and haven't found a source. I expect Dave Bean Engineering may have what I need, but any other pointers here for parts and R&R procedure? http://www.usa7s.net/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=14945&stc=1 Also like to find suitable lens and replacement lamp for the right-rear which I presume are fog-light and second backup. http://www.usa7s.net/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=14946&stc=1 http://www.usa7s.net/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=14947&stc=1 Thanks in advance, Adam Chovanak Mercer Island, WA http://www.usa7s.net/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=14943&stc=1
  8. I'd take you up on that offer! Please call or TXT me at 206.419.9295 or IM me and let me know how to get payment to you.
  9. Thanks for the add here. Happy to hear this group's thoughts on pricing and better ways to get these to a wider market. Also need a replacement oil pan for the 1600 Kent. Adam Chovanak http://SODO-Moto.com 206.535.6683

  14. Hello, I am Adam Chovanak from Seattle. I've had a cross section of unusual vehicles starting as a teen with an NSU Sport Prinz / Fiats / Mazda Rotary - but really wanted a Europa. Was able to buy a 1974 Elite at 19 and appreciated the Seven but the open-air itch was scratched with motorcycles. Over the past couple years I've been able to sell a couple Sevens at my shop http://SODO-Moto.com - Birkin (BDR & Kent) / Caterham / others - and really enjoying the Sevens. I had joined http://lotus7.club/ and enjoy their newsletter but heard about this forum on BaT. Look forward to learning more and will probably have a few Sevens posted for sale...
