  1. 60's in Texas. Might take mine out tomorrow.
  2. I think the lure of the Stalkers is due to the slightly larger frame (for us um....larger Americans) and the fact that it uses alot of GM parts which are cheap and easy top source. I know these were factors for me (especially the first one as I am 6'3" and 250 lbs.
  3. I win! I have size 13's and I manage just fine. My Stalket is actually pretty comfortable. About the only change I will make is to extend the steering wheel about 4" to not make it tight when the clutch is released. Otherwise it is the roomiest 7 I have sat in.
  4. Just sent mine
  5. Before anyone has a cow or devalues the Stalkers look at Dennis' response. With hundreds of thousands of miles on the 100 plus cars on the road, there have been 3 failures. 2 were impact/race related and the one in question on the other forum is a possible hard road damage issue. Dennis Brunton, the Stalker designer explains this much better on the Locost forum. My experience is that the downside to forums is that it allows people to jump to conclusions at the speed of cyberspace! Russ Rosenberg Denton, TX TVR V8 Stalker #117 (still under construction)
  6. I am using a set of Kirkey 47700 in my Stalker but I don't know if it is the same width as your 7. 17" seats just squeeze into mine.
  7. Wow, the Stalker guys are a friendly bunch. I have gotten alot of encouragement sand offers of help. I cannot wait to get it and get started.
  8. Sounds like I made a good choice:cheers: I may need to thin the herd though as I only have room in the garage for 3. BTW, anyone in this group near Dallas?
  9. :hurray: Just ordered one of Dennis Brunton's Stalkers for my next project. He seems a great guy and the car is awesome! I am going with the Supercharged version and have already acquired a motor. 240 hp in a 1400 lb car! Wow! Anyone have experoence with these? I spoke with several owners and they all rave about them, and Dennis as well.
