I wanted to reach out to you as soon as this happened and I'm using this post as I lost my phone and won't have a replacement until early next week. We have a daughter that's a single mom with three young daughters. She's run into a significant financial issue and we're going to have to step in to help. I'm going to have to decline moving forward at this time. I truly apologize for this situation but it's beyond our control and our family has to come first.
