  1. Sent you a PM.
  2. Good point! That would be a little weird. HAHA! I agree.
  3. Too funny...I currently have one of his pictures as my desktop background. This one: http://www.hanksmegabusa.com/images/032710/08.jpg
  4. Not to sound like a stalker but I have read your build diary about 10 times in the last couple weeks. Anytime I need something to cheer me up, I just go read your diary and it puts a smile on my face.
  5. Yeah I've read his build a few times now. I also emailed him too so I am just waiting for him to reply.
  6. That would be pretty sweet I think. Here are a few more: http://www.simcraft.com/ (starts at $24,995) http://www.simxperience.com/Home/tabid/37/language/en-US/Default.aspx (starts at $2,500) http://www.virtualgt.com/ (starts at $17,995) http://www.cxcsimulations.com/ (starts at $32,000)
  7. It is a Motion-Sim simulator: http://www.motion-sim.com/products/produkt-1/ They start at $25,000 before shipping.
  8. Nah it wasn't a bike engined car...I wish it was though.
  9. It was a Zetec powered Westfield. His was street legal (I don't plan on making mine street legal) but it was definitely a very interesting ride. I couldn't stop smiling and giggling like a little schoolgirl after it was over. Very nice gentleman though...probably in his late 40s. I sent the PM saying Saturday but I can definitely do Sunday if that is better for you. Yeah I am going to try and do both of those on the same day. You are reading my mind.
  10. I did. There was a local guy near me in Sterling that had one the out the other while I was getting fuel. He gave me a test ride because I told him I was interested in one. He isn't on the board (already asked) and he didn't seem too keen on joining either. It is funny that you replied though because I was just writing up a message to you to schedule a date to get a ride.
  11. Well I think I have it narrowed it down after talking to a few people. I am going to buy/build a motorcycle powered Locost. Upon searching the internet I could only find two companies/suppliers that still offered this kit in the United States (Westfield and MK Indy). I was wondering if there were any more companies that offer these kits besides the two listed. Thanks in advance!
  12. Do you own a E30 M3 as well?

  13. :smilielol5:
  14. Gary, Definitely interested! When are you available? ~Geran
  15. That's hot! :-) BTW...you are the one that got me looking at the Megabusa.
  16. Well maybe I should introduce myself since some other people have. My name is Geran, age 25 (26 in June) and I currently reside in the Washington DC area. I am a government contractor working in DC doing application development. I've always wanted a Seven ever since first laying eyes on them when I was 16 in a magazine brought back from the UK. Hopefully soon I can build my own or maybe get one already built. I am currently looking at two cars: Alittle background about myself: ~been karting for around 12yrs ~raced rx7 at the from 16-18 with my stepfather ~currently crew chief for my friend during his race weekends ~owned over 20 cars since the age of 16 ranging from original rx7s to a built first gen Subaru Impreza
  17. Michael D., When are you available? ~Geran
  18. I am out of town this weekend (race at VIR) and next weekend (visiting family). Anytime after that I am available as of now.
  19. I would definitely like a ride...I don't think this would be a bad or good influence but just an experience. I know Brunton has a V8/LSx kit available now and it did cross my mind because I LOVE power. What is a good time/day for you? I can't see the icon but I take it as good.
  20. I would love to come out there but I am out of town during that time.
  21. Michael, I would definitely love a ride. I am out of town this weekend (race weekend at VIR) and next weekend (family). What would be a good time for you? Whose car is this??? I would definitely ask them.
  22. A few months ago I acquired about getting a replica 7 and some local guys offered test rides since I was undecided on what kind I wanted. So this post is to get a list of people that are willing to provide a test ride in the Washington DC metro area. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just post your name, location and the type of car. Thanks in advance! ~Geran
  23. Thank you for the welcome and being so close to me. I am going to make a post in the local section of this board when it gets slightly warmer to schedule rides/time to come look at all the different types in the area. I would definitely love to come look at it sometime and I'll send you a PM when I can dedicate a free weekend to it.
  24. He has it posted on RacingJunk and the SCCA classifieds. I've seriously thought about that car A LOT! There were a few things I didn't want that were on it like the paddle shifters and not knowing if I could use other body panels like from Fluke Motorsports.
  25. Is this it? https://www.racingjunk.com/category/85/Other/post/1704684/Lotus-Super-7-replica-by-TSRacecraft.html
