  1. No worries, I'm mostly trying to sort through California registration so the seats are not critical at this point. I'm not sure how to value the seats. This looks like the closest seat in the Caterham parts catalog (unable to find the headrest): https://caterhamparts.co.uk/seats/4742-seat-leather-sv-including-runners.html Which seats do you have? I see there are multiple options in GRP, carbon, carbon/kevlar, with runners, etc.
  2. I fit comfortably in these seats. For reference, I'm 6'0" tall, 32" inseam, 34" waist, 46" chest, 43" hips. The seat bottom fills all the available width in the cockpit.
  3. Thank you. I was just researching the heic format. These pictures did indeed go from iphone to Mac, then uploaded here.
  4. Did the pictures come through on your end? My computer doesn't show them. Yes, the harness is attached to the car, not the seat. AFAIK, seats will swap and harness will remain. I have had the seats out when cleaning the cockpit (rocks/pebbles/general debris) so can confirm seats and harnesses are separate.
  5. My SV chassis seats are a very snug fit with regards to width, so it seems they are specific to the wider chassis.
  6. Passenger seat has 1 small blemish on right side. Included photo of part number ID sticker for seat bottom. IMG_2723.HEIC IMG_2724.HEIC IMG_2725.HEIC IMG_2726.HEIC IMG_2727.HEIC
  7. Apologies for the delay. See photos below. Driver's seat: IMG_2720.HEIC IMG_2721.HEIC IMG_2722.HEIC
  8. Yes, an SV chassis with leather seats, adjustable sliders. It's a CSR260 shipped to the states in 2014, build finished in 2016. Seats are in good shape but I will snap a photo tomorrow when I get home.
  9. I'd offer my car for a trial but we're on opposite coasts. Good Luck! Let me know if you want to sell the seats. I have leather seats and would be open to a swap.
  10. Do you have a good reference for the most up to date process for SB100/SPCNS? I started last year for my CSR260 but ran into some problems at the DMV. I've gone through the process previously, back in 2012. This time I went to Torrance DMV (in Southern California) since I had read on older threads that they were knowledgeable in the SB100 process. Not the case I quickly found.
  11. Hi All, I need to replace some tires on my CSR260 and am debating between the Avon ZZS and Falken Azenis RT660. Fronts are 195/50/15 Avon ZZS (2019 date code with plenty of available tread, replaced by previous owner) Rears are 245/40/15 Avon CR500 (2016 date code and on the wear bars, original tires from 2016 build). I'll need to replace at least the rear tires, while the fronts are debatable. If I stay with Avon ZZS in the rear, I would keep the front Avon ZZS. If I switch to Falken Azenis RT660 I would change all 4 tires. Option 1: Avon ZZS 245/50/15 rear are available for ~$285/ea, $620 total cost per pair. Listed as 220 treadwear rating. Option 2: Falken Azenis RT660 205/50/15 front, 245/50/15 rear for ~$600 for the complete set of 4. Listed as 200 treadwear rating. Which option would you choose? Price is not a major determining factor, despite the gap between the two choices. I'm more concerned with performance, and assume that the current Avon ZZS in front are good with a 2019 date code (they feel adequate to the touch but I haven't pushed the car yet due to rear tires). TIA for your opinions. Aaron
  12. Nick, did you ever conclude your search? What did you end up with?
  13. Great! I'm in Huntington Beach and work is across the street from UC Irvine, so I'm always close by.
