As long as you have legal title to the vehicle in your name, it won't be an issue at all.

PS: Now, if you are selling your car overseas, make sure that the funds are transferred directly in to your account via wire transfer, and that the car and it's associated paperwork does not leave your possession until all funds have cleared locally.

Thanks so much for the advice Bill, the individual is somewhat concerned about getting it registered as it needs to be titled as a 1995 or earlier Caterham to avoid the saftey/emissions stuff. My friend runs the title burea in my area and the titles are somewhat flexible but don't know if a replica title or something close of a early seven is equivalent

What does your current title read?

If not mistaken, Ohio titles them as the year they closest duplicate (or they do now with the Cobra replicas).

My current title is a 2007 Caterham. I ended up having to get a new ohio vin even though it had been previously registered in was state with the Caterham vin. ( it's actually the exact same #, but when the troopers say it has to be changed...)

Thanks

Paul
