Spotcheck...you'd have to see/hear/feel the Organic Racing WCM S2K in action in person to understand Loren's POV.

With their supercharger installed on the S2000 motor, only the Super Stalkers, the blown Nissans (Deman & Bob D.'s), John Hartley's H-1 and a certain LS1 engined Se7en have comparable HP at the wheels.

Your first (and only for most of us) Se7en doesn't have to be a monster to still spank virtually every other car on the road. You just won't drive lead at the next big group meet.:jester:

Understand. Price made me look and ask.

BTW - Fate intervened on (a) plans to purchase this year and (b) TOTD 7-7-7.

Have spent more time on threads and photos than I would have spent at TOTD, though. They make me sick to my stomach that I missed it.

I'm pretty POed at this Fate character.

As far as I know, they were only produced for a few years and are no longer available new. I believe an S1 rolling chassis was about the same price as a Birkin or maybe just a bit more, but I could be off on this.

The S1 is no longer produced but it was made in South Africa by Superformance. Superformance builds mostly cobra and Gt40 cars they are very nice cars. I think they went for about 25k without engine or tranny.

I still prefer the Ultralite for track use. And road use but my Ultralite gets serious real quick with 300 hp at the wheels. The S1 is about 200lbs heavier but it has built in windscreen and doors and full leather interior and such you can put what ever engine you like in it. I would put an s2000 motor in one if I had the choice( called me biased). It would just be a more refined ride that would have great performance, plus I really like the looks of the S1 too. But performance wise I dont think it can compete with the Ultralite. You would just have to go for a ride in MOJO ( my green car to understand) Maybe someone that took a ride at 777 can attest to its perfomance.

The Superformance S1 is comparable to the Supeformance cobras, ie the fit and finsh is immaculate. It has a plush interior, and I believe was a little heavier tha an average 7. they stopped making them to concentrate on building Cobras.
