scannon Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 Just and FYI if someone is looking for a highly modified Miata that has been very well cared for and maintained. http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/5485664467.html

In October 2015 I purchased a new generation 2016 Miata. Flyin Miata is developing an LS3 engine conversion for that car. I volunteered my car for the prototype but they decided to do the first one on one of their own cars so mine is 1st on the waiting list for a customer conversion. Mine will have the LS376/525 engine. FM's build diary: https://www.flyinmiata.com/V8/ND/index.php?UID=1 They are planning on having it on the road in time for their annual Summer Camp in August. I will test drive it at that time and make the final decision as to whether to go ahead with the conversion of my car.
Kitcat Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 Skip: I assume the '16 with the V8 conversion will have a modified suspension as well?
scannon Posted March 15, 2016 Author Posted March 15, 2016 Yes, FM only provides the complete package, engine, transmission, differential, suspension, brakes, drive shaft, halfshafts and seam welding all upgraded to handle the HP and torque. They also do extensive road and track testing before turning them loose on the public.
