R500 duratec needs spark plugs and coil overs

Hi all, any of you tech guys know what correct spark plugs and coil overs I would need as replacements in the 2.0 (263hp) duratec engine ? I'm here in Los Angeles Found a good mechanic but need correct parts. Thanks for replies....Ron

Hi Ron, The plugs I use are NGK BR7EFS STOCK Number 1094 or the Denso Iridum IT24#4 5328#4

All the testing on the dyno and racing I have done on the Duratec the Autolote AR103 have even shown gains in performance , I have never had any luck with any of the Iridium or platinum plugs and in most cases even tho the book shows there a cooler plug which you want in a performance engine they have all are a hotter plug then stock
