I finally have my 7. 1990 Cat SS converted to Zetec. Much more fun than I could have imagined! Not much info from the PO, so still figuring what has been done to the engine. Externally it has all the Raceline conversion goodies, but still has the original 40s from the Crossflow, so still battling a flat spot on hard acceleration from idle. Great to be part of this community.

It might be worthwhile to try a set of F-2 emulsion tubes, the transfer holes are a little lower than most and give a smoother tip in at low rpm.

Interesting thanks Mike. I've just gone to a set of F-7s based on a UK blog. They have helped a lot, but there is still a small hesitation. Previously had F-16s.
