Torque spec for Type-9 fill plug?

Does anyone know the torque spec for the fill plug on a Type-9? I can't find it online or in my reference section at home. Given it's an awkward reach in the Westfield, I'd prefer to use a torque wrench to ensure I don't screw it up.
